The Order for voteing for the Court house where to be was read the Sher. requested ye Same again wch was to him delivered.
Goddin & Truetts return to the Court read & declared that Wm Wouldhave had Sufficiently done the Bridge at Pocomoke.
Lawrence: Benstone this day by his Petion & oath made appear before this Court that Archibald White at his death Stood indebted to Petioner the Sum of Sixteen hundred & eighteen pounds of tobacco to which sd debt Peirce:Bray in Open Court Confessed judgmt. as Admr to Sd White. And the sd Court Grants Order for the Same with Cost alias Executio.
William: White this day by his petion & Oath made appear before this Court that Archibald White at his death Stood indebted to Petioner the Sum of nine hundred & thirty pounds of tobacco to which sd Debt Peirce: Bray as Admr to sd Archibald Confest judgmt. for the Same. And the Said Court grants Order for the Same with Cost alias Executio.

(viz) Gentlemen. The Substance of my answer the Contempt is that I have ever honoured the Law Because that it as made for a good end & protected the Subject from [violence] did imagine the Law did allow a former prosess against an Offender as ye aleadge me to be, the Crime laid to my Charge not being of So high a Nature, but might have been answered by an Attorny, whereas this was but a bare Sumons and not - -
