              The Deposition of William Round Aged Thirty two years or thereabouts saith that this Deponent in May Anno Dom

                one thousand Six hundred ninety three was by m^r Stephen Horsey Shipt Master on board Said Horseys Vessell

being then bound by God’s Grace for Barbadoes But at sea at or about the eight day of June following the

                foresd Vessell & Cargo were lately taken by the ffrench in which Vessell was Shipt a large quantity of

                Tobacco by John: West Clerk of Somerset County the duty whereof was paid or lawfully Cleared and further

                Saith not. William: Round.

                Sworn to in Open Court this 12^th day of September an^o. Dom. 1694. as attests
