      The Condicon of this Obligation is Such that whereas on y^e 13^th=day of November anno Domini 1694

        Attachm^t was by the Justices of Somerset County in Court Sitting Awarded agt the abovesd Lawrence Crawford

        goods &ca to answer unto Peter Dent for Eighteen hundred & fifteen pounds of Tobacco & five hundred and

        Tenn pound of Porke & Cost of Sute as appears on Record in y^e County aforesd . Therefore if in Case the Said

        absent Defendant Lawrence Crawford, Shall within one year and a day to be accompted from y day of the

        Attachment to be Awarded Came in either person or by his Attorney lawfully authorized and appear to

        the Said Original accon agt the Said Peter Dent And make it appear that the Said Plt. hath been and is

        Satisfied his foresd Debt or Demands in his Said accon or accons aforesd or shall otherwise in Court discount

        or Barr the Said Plaintiff of y^e Same, And that the Said Plaintiffe make restitution according to Law That

        then this Obligation to be void & of none effect Otherwise to be & remaine in full power force and

        vertue
