St. Michael and All Angels, dated January 20, 1927, and record-
ed among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4700, Folio 218, etc.
To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testament
of John William Horner, deceased, dated April 30, 1904, and
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in "Wills" Liber B. E. S. No. 94, Folio 283, and in the
case of "Ex Parte in the matter of the Trust Estate of John
William Horner" in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City,
Docket A-231/1906 to the Baltimore City Missionary and
Church Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of one-fourth of the residue of the Testator's Estate to the value
of $17,500.98.
To the sale and conveyance to Samuel A Troxell and the
Board of Trustees of Grace Reformed Church of Baltimore
City of the following parcels or lots of ground:
(a) To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground at or near the northwest corner of Charles St. and
Fort Ave., and known as 1406 S. Charles St., in the City of
Baltimore, fronting on the west side of Charles St. Twelve feet,
and extending with an even width, or nearly so, for an average
depth of seventy feet to the east side of an alley four ft. wide,
binding on the east side of said alley, with the use thereof in
common with others, with the improvements thereon and all ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging, subject to an annual rent of
$45.00, made by Marie Wong, widow of Kin Sing Wong, of the
City of Baltimore, to Samuel A. Troxell, President of the Board
of Trustees of Grace Reformed Church of Baltimore City, and
for the use and benefit of said church, by deed dated the 14th
day of July, 1924, and recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 4229, folio
149, &c., one of the Land Records of Baltimore City, State of
Maryland.
(b) To the sale, grant and conveyance of four lots of ground
at or near the northwest corner of Charles St. and Fort Ave.,
known as 1408—1416 S. Charles St., with the improvements
thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belonging, each lot
subject to a ground rent of $45.00, made by Mary K. Galvin
To Samuel A. Troxell, Pres. of the Board of Trustees of Grace
Reformed Church of Baltimore City, and for the use and
benefit of said church, by deed dated 14th day of July, 1924,
