of the Land Records of Baltimore City, State of Maryland.

(c) To sale, grant and conveyance of certain lot of ground
at or near the northwest corner of Charles St., with the im-
provements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing, subject to a ground rent of $45.00, made by John P. Galvin
to Samuel A. Troxell, Pres. of the Board of Trustees of Grace
Reformed Church of Baltimore City, by deed dated the 14th
day of July, 1924, and recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 4229,
folio 150 &c., one of the Land Records of Baltimore City, State
of Maryland.

(d) To sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground at or near northwest corner of Charles St. and Fort
Ave., known as 1404 S. Charles St., with improvements there-
on and all appurtenances thereunto belonging, subject to a
ground rent of $45.00, made by James P. O'Connell to Samuel
A. Troxell, Pres. of the Board of Trustees of Grace Reformed
Church of Baltimore City, by deed dated the 21st day of June,
1926, and recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 4593, folio 270, &c.,
one of the Land Records of Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land.

To a deed dated May 8, 1923, and recorded among the Land
Records of Balto. County in Liber W. P. C. No. 572, folio
382, from S. Ernest Philpitt and Jane Morgan Philpitt, his
wife, to the Trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Our Savior.

To a deed dated April 26, 1926 and recorded among the
Land Records of Balto. County on May 24, 1926 from Henry
Sternat (Minister), John Link, et al, Minister and Trustees,
to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Savior of Lans-
downe, Maryland, a body corporate.

To the gifts and bequests from John Lyons, deceased, to
and for the use of certain Orders and Charitable Institutions
hereinafter named and as hereinafter set forth, said Last Will
and Testament dated February 11, 1926, and having been duly
probated June 25, 1926, and recorded in Liber J. A. S. No. 21
folio 256 et seq, in the office of the Register of Wills of Talbot
County:

(a) To the Grand Lodge of Maryland, Independent Order
of Odd Fellows, to be applied towards the support of the Odd
Fellows Home at Frederick, Maryland, the sum of Five Hun-
dred Dollars.

(b) To Tred Avon Lodge No. 12, Independent Order of
Odd Fellows of Oxford, Talbot County, Maryland, the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars.
