having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take ef-
fect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 66.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
701 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, "
sub-title "Police, " (said section being amended as sec-
tion 11 of Chapter 375 of the Acts of 1931, and as sec-
tion 701 of Chapter 535 of the Acts of 1933), authoriz-
ing the County Commissioners to designate one of their
number to supervise the County Police and to provide
for the payment of expenses incurred in such super-
vision.

136 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title. "Dorchester County, "
sub-title "Court Stenographer, " being also Codified as
Section 29 of Article 20 of said Code, title "Somerset
County, " sub-title "Court Stenographer, " Section 20 of
Article 23 of said Code, title "Wicomico County, " sub-
title "Court Stenographer, " and Section 49 of Article
24 of said Code, title "Worcester County, " sub-title
"Court Stenographer, " increasing the salary of the
Court Stenographer of the First Judicial Circuit.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 136 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County, " sub-title "Court Stenographer, " being
also Codified as Section 29 of Article 20 of said Code, title
"Somerset County, " sub-title "Court Stenographer, " Sec-
