shall be collectible by the Tax Collector of said Town of
Trappe after June 30th of the year succeeding the year of
the levy; all taxes paid before September 1st, of the year in
which the same are levied shall be subject to a discount of
three per cent, to be allowed thereon by the Tax Collector
for said Town; all taxes unpaid on January 1st following
the year in which such taxes are levied shall bear interest
at the rate of six per cent, per annum from and after Sep-
tember 1st, of the year of such levy.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after June 1st, 1935.

CHAPTER 80.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
522 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County, " sub-title
"Trappe. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 522 of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Tal-
bot County, " sub-title "Trappe, " be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
follows:
522. The Board of Commissioners shall be composed of
three, one to be elected each year for a term of three years,
no commissioner to be eligible for re-election until after a
period of twelve months, of whom a majority shall consti-
tute a quorum for the transaction of business; and any
of them may meet and enforce by-laws upon delinquent
members; each of said commissioners shall receive a salary
of Twenty-five ($25. 00) Dollars per annum for his services
as such commissioner.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after June 1, 1935.
