sioner one person to serve fer the term of one year from
the aforesaid date and two persons to serve for a term of
two years from said date; on the first Monday in April,
1936, two persons to serve for a term of two years from
said date; and on the first Monday in April, 1937, three
persons to serve for a term of two years from said date,
and thereafter, on the first Monday in April in the even
numbered years two persons shall be elected, and in the
odd numbered years three persons shall be elected, as Com-
missioners, all of whom shall serve for a term of two years
from their respective dates of election.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency Act and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and being supported by a yea and nay vote of three-fifths
of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date
of its passage.

AN ACT to add a a 3w section to Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County, " sub-title "Trappe, " said new Section
to be known as Section 536A, and to follow immediately
after Section 536 of said Article, to fix and determine
the taxable year, the time of the levy, the time when
said taxes are payable, the discount allowable thereon
and the time from which such taxes shall bear interest.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be, and the same is, hereby
added to Article 21 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Trappe, "
said new Section to be known as 536A, to follow immedi-
ately after Section 536 of said Article, and to read
as follows:
536A. All taxes levied by the Commissioners of Trappe
shall be levied for the calendar year, and such levy shall
be made during the month of July in each year; such taxes
