4A. Commercial Motor Vehicles with three axles ana
equipped with pneumatic tires, electrically operated, shall
be divided into six classes based upon the gross shipping
weight of the chassis, battery, body and load as given and
certified to by the manufacturer, and the fee for each
class shall be as follows:

4 20000 and over but less than 26000................ 240

Nothing in this section, or sub-section (1A), (2A), (3A)
or (4A) shall be construed to repeal or amend the law
prescribing the fees to be paid by freight motor vehicles op-
erating for hire with a permit from the Public Service Com-
mission. In the event any of the motor vehicles hereinbe-
fore set forth in sub-sections (1A), (2A), (3A) or (4A)
shall also operate in interstate commerce, they shall pay
the road mileage tax for the use and maintenance of the
roads as provided elsewhere.

Class B. Solid Tires. For each motor vehicle equipped
wholly or in part with solid tires propelled by other
than internal combustion engines and having a rated carry-
ing capacity of
