Ephraim Wilson & William ffausett yesterday being Comitted into Custody

did this day appear before the Worll Court & upon the Oath of the sd

Wilson the sd Wilson was Cleared it appearing to the Court the Said

ffausett to be the occasion of disturbance &ca. And thereupon this

Court Ordered that sd ffausett should pay all fees in this Case due

from both parties & Ordered also that sd ffausett give Security for

his good behaviour. ___ Whereuon Came the sd Wm ffauset & his

Security Sam Worthington & The sd ffauset did acknowledge him Self

to owe & be indebted unto his Matie King William the Sum of five

pounds Sterl & the sd Worthington in the Sum of fifty shillings all

due to be leavied on their goods &ca for His Maties uses &ca .

The Condicon of which Recognizance is Such that if the

above bound Wm ffausett be of the good behaviour & abearance to

all their Maties Liege people of this Province dureing this Courts

pleasure then ths Recognizance to be void, otherwayes to be and

remaine in full force & Vertue . — — — — –

        



Ordered by the Worll Justices in Court Sitting that Richard

Tull Ordinary [kell] forbear to Sell or deliver any Liquor to

any Person or prsons to be drunk in his dwelling house dureing

the time of Court Sitting - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
