       Deeds as shall be Necessary for the discharging all and
       every Person and Persons who shall be indebted to me as surviving
       Partner or in my own Right as aforesaid And I do hereby Authorize
       and impower my said Attorney to Substitute any Attorneys or
       Attorney from time to time and to revoke the Same as my said
       Attorney shall think reasonable for carrying these Presents into
       Execution And I do hereby give and grant to my said Attorney
       full power and Authority to do all and every other Act Matter
       and Thing touching or Concerning the Premisses in as full ample
       and beneficial manner to all Intents and Purposes as I myself
       could do if personally present And I do hereby allow ratify and
       Confirm all and whatsoever my said Attorney shall or may lawfully
       do in and about the Premisses In Witness whereof I the said
       John Stewart have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this Seventeenth
       day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven
