       deliver all and every Such Deeds as shall be Necessary for the
       Discharging all and every Person and Persons who shall be indebted
       to us or any or either of us as Executors or Executor as aforesaid And
       we do hereby as Executors and Executor as aforesaid jointly and severally
       Authorize and impower our Said Attorney to Substitute any Attorney
       or Attorneys from time to time and to revoke the Same as our said
       Attorney shall think reasonable for carrying these Presents into
       Execution And we do hereby jointly and Severally give full
       power and Authority to our said Attorney to do all and every other
       Act Matter and Thing whatsoever touching or concerning the Premisses
       in as full ample and beneficial Manner to all Intents and purposes
       as we ourselves or any or either of us could do if personally present
       And We do hereby jointly and Severally as Executors and Executor
       as aforesaid allow ratify and Confirm all and whatsoever our said
       Attorney shall or may lawfully do in and about the Premisses by
       Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof We the Said William
       Bowden and Richard Glover hath hereunto ^set^ our Hands and
       Seals this Eighteenth day of March in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight
       Sealed and Delivered (being first    
       duly Stampt) In the presence of us      W Bowden   seal
