       Crabb of Prince Georges County and Province aforesaid of the other
       part Witnesseth that whereas the Said Edward Crabb hath discharged
       and released the Said Henry Wright Crabb from an Execution at the
       Suit of Daniel Dulany Esq.r issued out of the Provincial Office for the
       Sum of one hundred twenty one pounds fifteen Shillings and two
       pence Sterling One hundred thirty six pound twelve Shillings and two
       pence Currency Debt, and Nineteen hundred and Sixty weight of
       Tobacco Coasts the Said Henry Wright Crabb for and in Consideration
       thereof as also for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings
       Sterling Money to him in Hand paid by the Said Edward Crabb
       the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed and made over and
       by these presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Confirm
       and make Over unto him the said Edward Crabb his Heirs
       and Assigns all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying in the said
       County called Crabbs Purchase Beginning at the end of the sixteenth
       Line of a Tract of Land called Valentines Garden on Rock Creek and
       runing with the said line reverst South Seventy five Degrees westerly
       One hundred Perches North Seventeen degrees westerly forty six
       perches South thirty two perches South fifty three Degrees westerly
       one hundred and Eighteen Perches North Nine degrees East One
       hundred twenty five Perches North one hundred perches North
       thirty six degrees Easterly One hundred Perches North Sixty three
       degrees Easterly Eighty eight perches South Sixty six Degrees
       Easterly (sixty eight perches South thirteen degrees Easterly twenty
       eight perches South Seventy Seven degrees Easterly One hundred
       and twenty one perches South thirty four degrees Westerly fifty
       perches South twenty seven degrees Easterly Eighty Perches south
       twenty eight degrees westerly thirty four perches south Eighty four
       degrees Westerly one hundred perches then with a straight Line to
