       and Suffered as aforesaid of the Said Premisses the said Recovery
       or Recoveries shall be and Enure and be Construed esteemed and
       taken to be and enure that the said Zachariah Hood and all and
       every other Person or Persons which shall be Seized of the Lands
       and Premisses or any part thereof by force or Virtue of the said
       Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be seized thereof
       with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only use and
       behoof of the Said James Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns and to
       no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof
       the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set
       their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written
