       of the Sum of One hundred and fifty Two pounds Sterling Money by
       the Said Lloyd Buchanan to him the Said Charles Carroll at or before
       the Sealing and delivery of these Presents in hand paid the Receipt
       whereof the aforesaid Charles Carroll doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
       and therefrom doth hereby release acquit and discharge the aforesaid Lloyd
       Buchanan his Heirs and Assigns Hath granted bargained Sold aliened
       enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth grant bargain
       sell alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Lloyd Buchanan his heirs
       and Assigns All that Tract or Parcel of Land called the Stage Beginning
       at a bounded White Oak standing on the south East Side of a Draft of
       Patapsco near the Path that goes from Captain Hanse to Deleware
       Bottom and running thence East One hundred and fifty Perches then
       North one hundred and twenty two Perches then West three Hundred
       Perches then South one hundred and twenty two Perches then with a
       straight Line to the first Tree containing and laid out for Two hundred
       and Twenty eight Acres of Land more or less and granted by the Right
       Honourable Charles late Lord Baltimore to him the said Charles
       Carroll by Patent bearing date on or about the Twelfth day of November
       seventeen hundred and thirty five Together with all Edifices Buildings
       Improvements Woods Under woods Timber Trees Ways Waters Water
       Courses Easements Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract or Parcel of Land
       or any Part or Parcel thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining
       and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof
       And all the Estate Right Title Interest use trust Property Claim and
       Demand whatsoever of him the Said Charles Carroll of in to or out of
       the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land with its Rights Members and Appurtenances
       To have and to Hold the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land
       and Premisses with all and every its Appurtenances unto him the
