306) Ann Arundel County aforesaid Containing in the whole three hundred Acres joining upon Burridge Divided from the other Moiety or half part thereof in the following manner (that is to Say) The Devision Line to begin in the Middle thereof at the North End running upon a Straight Line to the South End thereof together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges and Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Moiety or half part of the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions and Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof To have and to Hold the said Moiety or half part of the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid with the Rights Members and Appurtenances thereto belonging unto the said George Simmonds his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for and during and untill the full End and Term of One whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and ended To the Intent and purpose that (by force and Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) the Said George Simmonds may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereby enabled to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs forever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered (the words (joining upon Burridge) being first Interlined W.m Matthews seal between the eighth and Ninth Lines from the Top) in the presence of R Alexander G Simmons seal Sam.l Wilson |
