daughters by H. Kieffer DeLauter by deed dated February 27, 1945 and re-
corded in Liber 446, Folio 231, among the Land Records of Frederick
County, Maryland. Beginning at the end of the first or N. 13 ¼° W.
168.24 perch line of a deed to Frances M. Brunner from John E. Gittinger
and John W. Birely, executors of George Gittinger, dated April 4, 1888 and
recorded in Liber WIP No. 6, Folio 129 and running with said line re-
versed (1) S. 17° 22' 14" E. 2277.23 feet to a point, thence with the pres-
ent Frederick City Limits as now rotated to Maryland Grid Coordinates, (2)
N. 84° 09' 45" E. 747.49 feet to a point on the North Right of Way line
