north by lands of Charles R. Rabbitt, on the east by the DANAC Real Estate
Investment Corporation, on the south and west by lands of Guy L.
Fletcher, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for the same at a stone found at a corner common to
these lands, the lands of Guy L. Fletcher, and lands of Charles H. Rabbitt,
said stone having Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission coordinate
values of North 90928.67 and West 64805.23; and running thence with the
lands of said Charles H. Rabbitt.

North 73° 13' 16" east 456.03 feet to a stone found at a corner common
to these lands, the lands of said Charles H. Rabbitt and the lands of the
DANAC Real Estate Investment Corporation; thence running with the
lands of the said DANAC Real Estate Investment Corporation

South 38° 25' 50" west 874.93 feet to a pipe set, said pipe having Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary Commission Coordinate values of North
90374.93 and West 64912.44, and being at a corner common to these lands
and the lands of Guy L. Fletcher, said point also being on the east side of
the beginning of a 12 foot right of way running from this land southerly
through the lands of Guy L. Fletcher to other lands of Sarah Estelle
Clagett; thence leaving the outline of land of the DANAC Real Estate In-
vestment Corporation and running with the lines of the Guy L. Fletcher
lands.

Draft Road approximately ⅞ mile south of Clopper Road, and bounded on
the west by lands of Douglas Howard Butt, on the north by lands of Charles
H. Rabbitt, on the east by lands of Sarah Estelle Clagett and the DANAC
Real Estate Investment Corporation, on the south by other lands of
Guy L. Fletcher, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for the same at a stone found at a corner common to these
lands, the lands of Douglas Howard Butt and the lands of Thomas E. Hart-
ley et al., said stone having Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
coordinate values of North 90594.64 and West 65591.38; thence running
with the lands of said Douglas Howard Butt

North 08° 43' 35" east 123.99 feet, thence

North 17° 02' 13" east 221.11 feet to a point, thence continuing with
the lands of said Douglas Howard Butt and also with lands of Charles H.
