Gaithersburg                                     2161

32.    S 85° 39' 56" E 132.64 feet to a stone found at the southeast
corner of said Dobson tract, thence leaving the line of Dobson and running
with the H. D. and M. L. Dyson Tract as recorded in Liber 664 at Folio 250
among said Land Records

33.    S 84° 27' 57" E 306.41 feet to an old fence corner post found at
the southeast corner of Dyson, thence leaving the lines of the Dyson tract
and running with the west line of the W. C. DUVALL tract as recorded
in Liber J.A. 15 at Folio 107

34.    S 03° 29' 53" W 465.52 feet to a stone found at the southwest
corner of said Duvall tract, thence leaving the lines of the Duvall tract
and running thence with lines of the D. Lewis tract as recorded in Liber
3040 at Folio 593 among said Land Records the 3 following courses and
distances.

35.    S 76° 26' 00" W 39.80 feet to a stone found, thence

36.    S 06° 32' 07" W 582.65 feet to a pipe found, thence

37.    S 81° 04' 51" E 145.96 feet to a stone found, thence leaving the
lines of the Lewis tract and running with the west line of the Gladys Car-
penter tract as recorded in Liber 2004 at Folio 283 among said Land Records

38.    S 20° 13' 25" W 1190.45 feet to a point on the 14th line of the
aforesaid W. Lawson King tract as recorded in Liber 1041 at Folio 401
among said Land Records, thence with the remainder of the 14th line afore-
said

39.    N 46° 56' 16" W 496.34 feet to the place of beginning containing
168.9092 acres of land.

PARCEL TWO:

Beginning for the same at a stone found at the beginning of the 38th
line of the above described Parcel One and running thence

1.    S 81° 04' 51" E 185.03 feet to a stone found, thence

2.    S 29° 47' 40" E 104.50 feet to a pipe found, thence

3.    N 63° 00' 55" W 263.25 feet to the place of beginning containing
0.1734 acres of land

Together with two rights of way across the J. H. and B. L. DOBSON
tract as recorded in Liber 1944 at Folio 226 to the Emory Grove Road and
more particularly described as follows:

First: Beginning at a pipe found at the end of the 29th line of the
above described Parcel One and running thence

1.    N 39° 18' 26" E 261.71 feet to the south right of way line of
Emory Grove Road as shown on a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 60,
Plat 5042 among said Land Records, thence running with the south right
of way line aforesaid

2.    S 79° 21' 37" E 11.40 feet, thence leaving said south right of way
line

3.    S 39° 18' 26" W 263.32 feet to a point on the 30th line of the afore-
said Parcel One, thence with a part of said 30th line reversed

4.    N 71° 48' 16" W 10.72 feet to the place of beginning. Being a right
of way 10.00 feet wide and containing 2625 square feet of land.
