Second: Beginning at a stone found at the end of the 32nd line of the
above described Parcel One and running with the east line of the J. H. and
B. L. DOBSON TRACT as recorded in Liber 1944 at Folio 226

1.    N 04° 01' 38" E 311.65 feet to the south right of way line of
Emory Grove Road as shown on the aforementioned Plat 5042, thence run-
ning with said line

2.    N 79° 21' 37" W 12.09 feet thence leaving the south line aforesaid

3.    S 04° 01' 38" W 312.98 feet to a point on the 32nd line of the
aforesaid Parcel One, thence with a part of said 32nd line

4.    S 85° 39' 56" E 12.01 feet to the place of beginning. Being a right
of way 12.00 feet wide and containing 3123 square feet of land."

SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City
Council of Gaithersburg, the date of the introduction of this Resolution is
the 4th day of December, 1967, and shall become effective forty-five days
following its adoption, unless a prompt petition for referendum thereon
shall be filed as permitted by law, and provided further that the notice re-
quired by law shall be published in the Gaithersburg Gazette, being a news-
paper of general circulation in the City of Gaithersburg, one each in the
weeks of December 21, 28, 1967 and January 4 and January 11, 1968. Said
notice to provide for a public hearing to be held on the 5th day of February,
1968 at 8:00 p.m. at the Office of the Mayor and City Council, Civic Center,
Gaithersburg, Maryland.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of Gaithers-
burg that promptly after this resolution shall become effective the City
Manager shall send copies of said resolution to the following:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City
of Gaithersburg that the property described above and persons residing
therein, if any, shall after the effective date of this resolution be subject
to all of the laws, ordinances and resolutions of the City of Gaithersburg,
Maryland.
