tricts and C4 Highway Commercial Districts, and only in accordance
with the provisions of Section 13-352.7.

(25) Incidental repair service shall be limited to minor work
to be completed within three (3) days after the vehicle is left for
service. Discarded parts shall be removed promptly from the prem-
ises, and shall not be allowed to accumulate in open storage. Replace-
ment parts and accessories shall be stored inside the main structure
on the premises.

Section 13-352.6. Trailers and/or Truck Rentals in Conjunction
with Automobile Filling Stations.

Trailers and/or truck rentals shall be permitted in C3 General
Commercial Districts and C4 Highway Commercial Districts,
provided:

(1)    In addition to the parking requirements of Section 13-320.6,
one (1) additional space shall be provided for each rental vehicle,
and one (1) space shall be provided for each one hundred (100)
square feet of floor area (with a minimum of five (5) additional
spaces).

(2)    Storage areas for trailers and/or trucks shall be graded
and drained to prevent surface water accumulation, shall be paved
with a durable and dustproof surface; and shall be screened in accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 13-300.10.

(3)    Applications for special exceptions for automobile filling
stations and trailer and/or truck rentals may be combined.

Section 13-352.7. Automobile Towing Facilities in Conjunction with
Filling Stations.

Automobile towing facilities shall be permitted in C3 General
Commercial Districts and C4 Highway Commercial Districts,
provided:

(1)    Inoperable vehicles may not be stored therein for more
than ninety (90) days, and the owner or operator of such facility
shall maintain a register listing the owner of the vehicle, date of
arrival and date of departure of said vehicle, and the owner's insur-
ance company.

(2)    A plan showing the location of all parking facilities and
the adequate screening thereof shall be submitted with the application.

(3)    No dismantling or demolition of such vehicles shall be per-
mitted on the premises.

(4)    Applications for special exceptions for automobile filling
stations and towing stations may be combined.

Section 13-352.8. Cemeteries.

Cemeteries shall be permitted in RA, Rl and R2 Residential
Districts, provided:
