(b) Each child care center shall have a front building line
measuring not less than fifty feet (50').

(4) Said use shall not create a nuisance to surrounding residen-
tial properties.

Section 13-352.10. Conversion of Single Family Dwellings.

Conversion of single family dwellings shall be permitted in R2
and R5 Residential Zoning Districts, provided:

(1) Not more than two (2) dwelling units shall be permitted
in structures located in R2 Residential Districts, and not more than
five (5) dwelling units shall be permitted in structures located in
R5 Residential Districts.

(1)    Cemetery sites shall not interfere with the development of
a system of freeways, collector or arterial streets in the vicinity,
and shall have direct access to public thoroughfare.

(2)    The minimum site area for new cemeteries shall be not
less than twenty (20) acres.

(3)    Structures used for the interment of bodies or other remains
of persons who have died (including mausoleums, vaults or colum-
baria) shall be set back not less than eighty feet (80') from any
street bounding the cemetery, and there shall be two (2) side yards
and a rear yard, each measuring not less than fifty-five feet (55')
wide.

(4)    All graves or burial lots shall be set back not less than
thirty feet (30') from any street bounding the cemetery, and there
shall be two (2) side yards and a rear yard, each measuring not less
than twenty-five feet (25') wide.

(5)    The Anne Arundel County Health Department shall certify
that such use will not affect adjacent waterways or cause seepage
into recharge areas of ground water supplies.

Section 13-352.9. Child Care Centers.

Child Care Centers, for six (6), but less than nineteen (19)
children
shall be permitted in RA, R1, and R2 AND R5 Residential
Districts and in R5 Residential Districts; Child Care Centers for
more than eighteen (18) children shall be permitted, AND in C1
Commercial Districts.

(1)    An appropriately enclosed play area measuring not less
than fifty (50) THIRTY (30) square feet per pupil shall be provided.

(2)    Traffic movement on streets abutting child care centers
shall be controlled during times when children have access to said
streets.

(3)   (a) Child care centers shall have a site area measuring
not less than five thousand (5,000) square feet; an additional two
ONE hundred (200) (100) square feet shall be provided for each
child up to and including forty (10) children, and an additional five

hundred (500) square feet shall be provided for each child over and

above forty (40) children.
