2452                            County Local Laws

(8)    A wall or fence shall screen the patrons and cars in
attendance from the view of the surrounding property. The peri-
meter of said wall or fence shall be landscaped in accordance with
the provisions of Section 13-300.10.

(9)    Individual loud-speakers shall be provided for each car;
no central loud-speakers shall be permitted.

(10)    Exits, aisles and passageways shall be adequately lighted
at all times when open to the public.

(11)    Amusement areas, kiddylands, and refreshment stands
and booths may be permitted only as an incidental use of said
theater, solely for the patrons thereof.

Section 13-352.12. Marine Engine Fuel Sales.

(a)    Fuel sales shall be permitted in MA2—Commercial Marina
Districts, provided:

(1)    Such marinas shall be located only along the rivers and
the Chesapeake Bay (but not within the tributaries of the rivers).

(2)    Fuel sales are not available within one and one-half (1˝)
waterway miles of said marina.

(3)    Fuel storage tanks shall be located ashore and underground,
and away from concentrated activity areas.

(4)    Plans for installation shall be approved by the Anne
Arundel County Fire Department.

(b)    Fuel sales shall be permitted in Maritime Group B Dis-
tricts, provided:

(1)    Fuel storage tanks shall be located ashore and under-
ground, and away from concentrated activity areas.

(2)    Plans for installation shall be approved by the Anne Arun-
del County Fire Department.

(3)    Fuel sales are not available within one-half (˝) waterway
mile of said marina.

Section 13-352.13. Helipads and Heliports.

Helipads shall be permitted in RA-Agricultural Residential, and
R1 and R5-Residential Districts, TC-Town Center Zones and MA2,
MA3 and MB Marina Zoning Districts; Heliports shall be permitted
in RA-Agricultural Residential Districts provided:

(1)    The proposed facility meets the standards and requirements
of the Federal Aviation Agency.

(2)    Land areas used by self-powered aircraft shall be provided
with a dustproof surface.

(3)    Facilities not structurally a part of the principal structure
used by self-powered aircraft shall not be located less than fifty
feet (50') from any property line, nor less than two hundred feet
(200') from any public or private institution.
