(4)    Buildings, hangars or other structures shall be not less than
fifty feet (50') from any property line.

(5)    Parking of vehicles shall not be permitted within the set-
back requirements for the district in which the facility is located.

(6)    Every facility shall be surrounded by a sturdy and well-
constructed fence or dense planting not less than six feet (6') in
height, with suitable gates effectively controlling access to such area.

(7)    Facilities located in Town Center and R22 and R44 Resi-
dential Districts shall be ancillary to the principal use and shall be a
structural part of the principal structure and shall comply with the
provisions of Subsections (1) and (8) of this section.

(8)    Where such facility is a structural part of a building:

(a)    Landing areas and their supports shall be constructed of
fire retardant material.

(b)    A guard rail shall be provided around the facility in accor-
dance with the Anne Arundel County Building Code; such rail shall
not penetrate the approach departure surface.

(c)    A safety net or fence shall be provided around any raised
landing pad; such net shall begin below the surface of the pad, shall
not rise above it, and shall not be less than five feet (5') in length.

Section 13 352.11. Home Occupations.

When permitted, home occupations shall meet the following
standards:

(1) The total area utilized for said occupation (including both
indoor and
outdoor areas) shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%)

of the total floor area of the dwelling unit.

(2) Operators of home occupations must be residents of the
dwelling unit in which said operation is located; and not more than
one (1) non-resident of such dwelling unit may be employed.

(3) Said occupation shall no shall not require outdoor storage of mer-

chandise or of service vehicles.

(4) The sale of goods in the same form as purchased shall be

prohibited.

(5) Home occupations shall be limited to the following:
(i) Custom woodworking.

      (ii) Florist and/or nursery operations for flowers and plants

raised on the premises.
(iii) Hair dressing.

(v) Seamstress and tailoring establishments.
(vi)
Plumbing and Electric Office.
