Section 13-352.24. Radio, Television and Industrial Testing Towers.

Radio, television and industrial testing towers shall be permitted
in C3 and C4 Commercial Districts and W2 and W3 Industrial Dis-
tricts, provided:

(1)    The distance of said tower from any street right-of-way
line shall be not less than the height of said tower above ground
level.

(2)    Said tower shall cause no interference with existing or
potential air traffic, and shall have the necessary warning light for
said traffic.

Section 12-352.25. Recreational Commercial Campgrounds.

Recreational commercial campgrounds shall be permitted in RA
Agricultural Residential Districts and Rl Residential Districts,
provided:

(1)    Said campgrounds shall not be permitted on sites measur-
ing less than ten (10) acres.

(2)    Not more than fifteen (15) individual camping sites shall
be permitted per acre. Individual family camping sites shall have
a minimum area measuring not less than one thousand six hundred
(1,600) square feet, and shall include a parking space, fireplace,
picnic table, and tent or trailer space. The walking distance from
any family campsite to a service building shall be not more than
three hundred fifty feet (350'), and one (1) service building shall
be required for every fifteen (15) individual family campsites. No
campsites shall be located on land having more than three percent
(3%) slope.

(3)    Not more than four (4) group camping sites per acre shall
be permitted, and the density per unit shall not exceed twenty-five
(25) persons. One (1) service building shall be required for every
four (4) group units.

(4)    The density of picnic areas shall not exceed sixty (60)
persons per acre, and each picnic area shall be not more than three
hundred fifty feet (350') walking distance from sanitary facilities.
Picnic areas shall not be located on land having more than a ten per-
cent (10%) slope.

(5)    Swimming areas shall have a minimum beach area of
seventy-five (75) square feet per person. The slope for underwater
development in the swimming area shall be not more than six percent
(6%), and the slope for shore development in said area shall be not
more than ten percent (10%).

(6)    The owner or operator of such facility shall maintain a
register listing the camper's name, date of arrival and date of depar-
ture. Individual or group camping sites shall not be used by the same
camper for more than A CONTINUOUS fourteen (14) days PERIOD
within any six month period.
