feet (24') above grade, and shall not exceed a total height of forty
feet (40'). Such sign shall indicate only the name of the establish-
ment and/or its symbol and major product.

(g) One (1) lighted multi-faced free-standing sign (not ex-
ceeding a total area of four hundred (400) FIFTY (450) square feet
for all faces, not projecting more than thirty-six TWENTY-FOUR
feet (36') (24') above grade AT BASE OF SIGNING AREA, and
not exceeding a total height of forty feet (40') for theater establish-
ments without marquees.

(h) Three (3) identification signs (not exceeding twelve (12)
square feet per sign, nor a total signing area of thirty-six (36) square
feet for all signs) not advertising a product, and located on the
building facade, designating a service customarily incidental to the
use of an automobile filling station or service center.

(i)    Signs forming an integral part of, and attached to, fuel
dispensing pumps, vending machines and service appliances.

(j) Public or quasi-public signs directing or giving information
not related to advertising of products or service rendered.

(2)    Temporary Signs

(a)    One (1) temporary sign (not exceeding twelve (12) square
feet in area attached within a display window or to the grade level
principal entry facade wall) offering the sale, rental or lease of the
establishment.

(b)    One (1) temporary sign for each road frontage offering
the sale, rental or lease of undeveloped property, provided:

(i) Such sign shall not exceed twelve (12) square feet in area
nor six feet (60 above grade for less than two hundred fifty feet
(250') of road frontage; and the identification of the realtor shall
not exceed thirty-three percent (33%) of the signing area.

(ii) Such sign shall not exceed twenty-four (24) square feet
in area nor ten feet (10') above grade for more than two hundred
fifty feet (250'), but less than five hundred feet (500') of road
frontage; and the identification of the realtor shall not exceed twenty-
five percent (25%) of the signing area.

(iii) Such sign shall not exceed forty-eight (48) square feet
in area nor ten feet (10') above grade for more than five hundred
feet (500') of road frontage; and the identification of the realtor
shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the signing area.

(c)    One (1) temporary sign not exceeding twenty-four (24)
square feet in area nor ten feet (10') above grade, and not less than
ten feet (10') from the street right-of-way during the construction
period of a new structure. Such sign shall specify only the name of
the project, the architect, engineers, contractors and developer, and
shall be removed when the certificate of occupancy has been issued.

(d)    One (1) Double faced advertising sign (not exceeding
twelve (12) square feet per face for each road frontage) to announce
