(c) One (1) temporary sign (not exceeding twenty (20)
square feet in area nor ten feet (10') above grade, and located not
less than ten feet (10') from the street right-of-way) during the
construction period of the development, specifying only the name
of the project, architect, engineers, contractors and developer. Such
sign shall be removed when the certificate of occupancy has been
issued.

Signs in Commercial Districts
Section 13-329. Permitted Signs in Commercial Districts.

The following signs shall be permitted in all Commercial Dis-
tricts, in accordance with the provisions of this Article:

(1) Individual Commercial Establishments

(a)    One (1) identification sign not exceeding two (2) square
feet in area nor five feet (50 above grade, attached to the facade at
each entry, giving only the name and address of such establishment.

(b)    One (1) lighted identification sign located on the principal
entry facade (not exceeding the less of (i) ten per cent (10%) of
the area of such facade, or (ii) four hundred (400) square feet)
indicating the name of the establishment and/or its symbol and
major product. If the establishment has multiple frontage, an addi-
tional identification sign indicating the name of the establishment
and/or its symbol and major product shall be permitted for each
road frontage. Such signs shall be located on the respective facade,
and shall not exceed the lesser of (i) five percent (5%) of the area
of such facade, or (ii) a signing area of two hundred (200) square
feet. Two (2) lighted signs not exceeding a total of four hundred
(400) square feet for both signs, shall be permitted for theater
establishments; such signs shall be affixed to a marquee, and shall not
extend beyond the edges thereof.

(c)    One (1) lighted double-faced directional sign not exceeding
four (4) square feet in area per face, nor more than three and one-
half feet (3½') above grade at each entry and exit roadway.

(d)    One (1) double-faced informational sign not exceeding
one (1) square foot per face, attached to the glass at the entry
doorway.

(e)    Poster Cases for theater establishments not exceeding
eighty (80) NINETY-SIX (96) square feet total signing area for
all cases.

(f)    One (1) lighted multi-faced free-standing sign shall be
permitted for establishments (EXCEPT THEATERS) having a
minimum principal road frontage of one hundred feet (100'), pro-
vided the structure is set back not less than forty feet (40') from
the property line. Such sign shall not exceed the lesser of ten percent
(10%) of the area of the principal entry facade, nor more than four
hundred (400) TWO HUNDRED (200) square feet for all faces; the
base of the signing area shall not project more than twenty-four
