foot piece or parcel of land for a pumping station described in a conveyance from
Ralph S. Scott and Yvonne Scott, his wife, to Mayor and Council of Rockville by
deed dated March 23, 1960, and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in
Liber 2801 at Folio 341 and being more particularly described, as follows;

Beginning for the same at a point located South 89 °18' 29" East, 102.02 feet
from the end of the tenth (10th) line of the above-described 175.1020 acre parcel
and running thence;

(1)   South 37 °12" 37" East, 140.00 feet to a point; thence

(2)  North 49 °47' 23" East, 90.12 feet to a point; thence

(3)  North 37 °12' 37" West, 135.28 feet to a point; thence

(4)    South 52 °47' 23" West, 90.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing
12,387 square feet or 0.2844 acres of land.

SUBJECT TO those two (2) easements granted to the Mayor and Council of
Rockville as described in the aforesaid conveyance recorded in Liber 2801, Folio
341.

SUBJECT ALSO to any and all other easements, rights-of-way or covenants of
record.
