ROCKVILLE                                             2399

corporate boundaries of the City of Rockville, be and the same is hereby adopted
to become effective on the 10th day of March, 1972.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Mayor and Council of Rockville, Maryland,
that the boundaries of the City of Rockville are hereby extended to include the
following area, which is hereby added to said City:

All of that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Montgomery
County, Maryland, being a part of that conveyance from Contee Sand and Gravel
Co., Inc., a Maryland Corporation, to Percon Inc., a Maryland Corporation, by
deed dated June 30, 1965, and recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in Liber 3374 at Folio 524 and being more particularly
described in accordance with a Plat of Survey prepared in September, 1966, by
Matz, Childs and Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors,
Rockville, Maryland, as follows:

Beginning for the same at an iron pipe set at the intersection formed by the
southerly side of Scott Drive (20 feet wide) and the northwesterly side of Great
Falls Road (40 feet wide); and running thence, binding on the northwesterly side of
said Great Falls Road the following five (5) courses and distances

(1)      1075.85 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of
19,115.54 feet and a chord bearing a distance of South 50 °27' 48" West, 1075.71
feet to a point: thence

(2)    212.77 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 1045.00
feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 43 °01 05" West, 212.41 feet to a
point; thence

(3)   445.72 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 2562.76
feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 32 °12' 09" West, 445.16 feet to a
point; thence

(4)   South 27 °13' 12" West, 742.26 feet to a point; thence

(5)    204.57 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 5528.00
feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 26 °09' 36" West, 204.56 feet to an
iron pipe set; thence leaving said Great Falls Road and binding reversely on all of
the 1st, 24th, 23rd, 22nd and 21st lines of Parcel 5 described in a conveyance to
Bernard S. Gewirz, et al, recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber
2915 at Folio 650, as now surveyed the following four (4) courses and distances

(6)   North 70 °30' 00" West, 1170.15 feet to a fence post; thence

(7)   North 34 °59' 30" West, 549.36 feet to a fence post; thence

(8)   North 14°41' 34" East, 369.49 feet to a stone found; thence

(9)  North 71 °18' 56" West, 2123.48 feet to an iron pipe set in the easterly
outline of Potomac Highlands as delineated on 2 Plats of Subdivision recorded
among the aforesaid Land Records in Plat Book 41 as Plats 2952 and 2953; and
running thence binding on the easterly outlines of said subdivision the following
five (5) courses and distances

(10) North 22 °54' 23" East, 187.35 feet to an iron pipe set; thence
