31, 1972.

RESOLUTION NO. 139

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated
contiguous to and binding upon the Easterly corporate limits of the City of
Salisbury, popularly known as the Moss Hill Area No. 2, and bounded on
the Southwest by the existing corporate limits of the City of Salisbury and
bounded on the South by a line running therefrom in a general Easterly
direction off-set approximately 150 feet South of Old Ocean City Road and
bounded on the East by the Easterly line of the land of Prudential Life In-
surance Company and bounded on the North by the Northerly
line of the right of way of the Baltimore 6 Eastern Rail-
road, and providing for conditions and circumstances appli-
cable to the proposed changes in boundary of the City of
Salisbury.

WHEREAS, The City of Salisbury has received consents to annexation,
signed by at least 25% of the persons who reside in the area to be annexed and
who are registered voters and by the owners of at least 25% of the assessed
valuation of the real property located in the area sought to be annexed, being
contiguous to and binding upon the Southeasterly corporate limits of The City of
Salisbury and called "Moss Hill Area No. 2", for identification, and
