Commission[, unless]. UNLESS otherwise specified by the
person making the gift, grant, legacy, bequest, devise,
or endowment, the trustees may expend both principal and
income of any gift, grant, legacy, bequest, devise, or
endowment of money or invest them in whole or in part in
general obligations of the State or other securities, in
furtherance of the purposes and objectives of the
Commission. They may decide to do this by the
affirmative vote of a minimum of seven members of the
trustees at any duly constituted regular or special
meeting if a quorum is present.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

amended by Chapter 93 of the Acts of 1975)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 336 (a) and (g) of the Public
Local Laws of Charles County being Article 9 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1969 Edition and 1972
Supplement, as amended by Chapter 93 of the Acts of 1975)
be and they are hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
