(g) The Board, subject to its budgetary
limitations, may employ [such] personnel [as] it [may
consider] CONSIDERS necessary to administer its functions
properly. The Board shall employ a director of parks and
recreation, who shall be a person with training,
experience and capacity to initiate and maintain a
program of public recreation under his general
supervision; and he shall serve at the pleasure of the
Board. The salaries of all personnel shall be fixed by
the Board and approved by the County Commissioners.
However, the salary of a [presently employed] person
EMPLOYED AS OF JULY 1, 1975 may not be lowered.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

special investigator in Charles County shall be

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 40(i) of Article 10 - Attorneys at
Law and Attorneys in Fact, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1963 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be
and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
