commercially, AS INDICATED IN § 11-209(B), shall take
adequate precautions, consistent with degree of use and
environment, to insure that they are "correct" as defined
in § 11-207(d).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Election Code — Removal

FOR the purpose of providing that election boards shall
mail the authorizations which cancel a voter's
registration because of a change of address to the
State Administrative Board of Election Laws;
providing that the State Administrative Board of
Election Laws shall forward these cancellation
authorizations to the proper local election board;
and making style changes.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 3-17(b)(2) of Article 33 -
Election Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
