AN ACT concerning

Harford County — Outdoor Musical Festivals

FOR the purpose of extending existing provisions of law
regulating outdoor musical festivals to Harford
County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 56 — Licenses

Section 159E(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1972 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 159E(a) of Article 56 - Licenses,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement
Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 56 — Licenses

159E.

(a) The provisions in 159, 159A, 159B, 159C and
159D shall be applicable to Dorchester, Somerset,
Wicomico, Worcester, Charles, Garrett, Caroline, Cecil,
HARFORD, Kent, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's and Talbot
counties only.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
