the individual filing [said] THE application, that the
[said] list is not intended to be used for purposes of
commercial solicitation or other business purposes. Any
person who, knowingly, allows a registration list under
his or her control to be used for commercial solicitation
or other business purposes [shall be] IS guilty of a
misdemeanor and SHALL BE punished under the provisions of
§ 24-27 of this article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Allegany County — Alcoholic Beverage's

FOR the purpose of providing that in Allegany County a
retail alcoholic beverage licensee does not have to
execute a bond conditioned on the faithful
performance of all laws of the State relating to the
sale of alcoholic beverages[[, except if the license
is refused, suspended or revoked after a certain
date]]; and repealing certain provisions relating to
the clerk of the Allegany County Circuit Court.
