SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Garrett County — Wild Animals

FOR the purpose of repealing local provisions concerning
the payment of a certain bounty for the killing of
certain animals in Garrett County.

BY repealing

The Public Local Laws of Garrett County
Section 43 and the subtitle "43. Wild Animals"
Article 12 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1971 Edition, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 43 and the subtitle "43. Wild
Animals" of the Public Local Laws of Garrett County being
Article 12 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1971
Edition, as amended) be and it is hereby repealed:

Article 12

[43. WILD ANIMALS]

[43-1.

Any citizen of Garrett County, Maryland, who shall
kill or destroy any wildcat, weasel or fox within the
limits of Garrett County, shall be entitled to the
following allowance or bounty, viz. For each wildcat,
the sum of three dollars; for each weasel, the sum of
fifty cents; for each fox, the sum of two dollars.]
