SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 12-109(b)(3) be and it is
hereby added to Article — Commercial Law, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Volume and 1975
Supplement) to read as follows:

(B)         (3)         THE LENDING INSTITUTION SHALL ANNUALLY

PROVIDE THE BORROWER WITH A STATEMENT OF THE ESCROW
BALANCE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Veterinarians - Permits

FOR the purpose of increasing the fee for a temporary
veterinarian's permit; permitting the holder of such
a permit to take either of the next two examinations
scheduled by the State Board of Veterinary Medical
Examiners; providing for the expiration of such a
permit at a certain time; and repealing provisions
for the waiver of appearance at an examination.
