SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 11-101(1) and (m), respectively,
of Article — Agriculture, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they
are hereby renumbered to be Sections 11 — 101 (m) and (n),
respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 11—101(1) be and it is hereby added to Article —
Agriculture, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as follows:

Article — Agriculture

11-101.

(L)        "SHELLFISH" MEANS ANY EDIBLE, AQUATIC,

INVERTEBRATE ANIMAL HAVING A SHELL.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

FOR the purpose of providing that if certain insurance
contracts are cancelled, the insurer shall return
certain premiums within a certain time period after
the insurer receives notice of the cancellation of
