SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That authoriza-
tion is hereby granted to disburse such Federal Revenue
Sharing Trust Funds (transfer to General Fund), not else-
where appropriated, to support the appropriation for the
State Retirement Systems in the 1978 and 1979 fiscal years.

SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That authoriza-
tion is hereby granted to disburse Trust Funds (transfer to
General Fund) received pursuant to PL 94—369 Title II
"Antirecession Fiscal Assistance to State and Local Govern-
ments", not elsewhere appropriated to support the Salaries
and Wages component of the appropriation for the Department
of Public Safety and Correctional Services — Division of
Parole and Probation and the Division of Correction for
Fiscal Year 1978 and Fiscal Year 1979.

SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That numerals of
this bill showing subtotals and totals are informative only
and are not actual appropriations. The actual appropria-
tions are in the numerals for individual items of appropria-
tion. It is the legislative intent that in subsequent
printings of the bill the numerals in subtotals and totals
shall be administratively corrected or adjusted for continu-
ing purposes of information, in order to be in arithmetic
accord with the numerals if and as corrected, in the indi-
vidual items.

SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That authoriza-
tion is hereby granted to transfer to the State Department
of Education, by approved budget amendment, that portion of
