continuation of State

financial assistance for

subsequent years. Before

any funds are paid to the

Peabody Institute, the

Institute shall enter into
an agreement with the Board
of Public Works, specifying
that the Institute will not

sell nor dispose of any

portion of its art

collection or its antique
collection as it existed on
March 19, 1980, without the
approval of the General

Assembly by Joint

Resolution.

36.13.00.01 Instruction

To become available
immediately upon passage of
this budget to supplement
appropriations for Fiscal
Year 1980, to provide
General Funds to replace a
shortfall in Special Funds
created by a decrease in
enrollment.

General Fund Appropriation, provided
that prior to May 1, 1980 the Board

of Regents of Morgan State

University shall develop

management plan which presents a
full evaluation of projected income
and expenditures together with

fiscal alternatives which respond

to decreases in student enrollment

of 5 and 10 percent and provided

further that the Board of Regents

of Morgan State University shall

certify to the Joint Budget and

Audit Committee and the State Board
