the numerals "03" and insert in lieu thereof the numerals

AMENDMENT No. 7

On the unnumbered line following line 12564 of page 189

of the printed bill add the following:

"SECTION 15. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That

contingent upon the State's acquisition of the land and
structure known as the Civic Plaza Building in Baltimore

City, as provided for in the General Construction Loan of

1980 (H.B. 651/S.B. 351), amounts appropriated under the

heading of "Board of Public Works Interagency Committee

for Public School Construction" and "State Department of

Education Headquarters" for rental of the International

Tower Building in Anne Arundel County may only be used for
costs associated with the rental, maintenance and upkeep of
the Civic Plaza Building in Baltimore City and associated
parking leases."

AMENDMENT No. 8

On line 12566 of page 189 of the printed bill strike

out the numerals "15" and insert in lieu thereof the

numerals "16".
