feet distant from the west line of the
Gaithersburg-Laytonsville Road and 500 feet northeast of the
east line of the road leading from Redland to Prathertown
and running thence in a northerly direction, west of,
parallel to and 1,000 feet distant from the west line of the
Gaithersburg-Laytonsville Road, Route 124, approximately
9,500 feet to the south right of way line of the Potomac
Electric Power Company's transmission line, thence in an
easterly direction with the [said] south right of way line
of the transmission line to a point, 500 feet northeast of
and at right angles to the northeast line of the
Laytonsville-Olney Road, Route 108, thence in a
southeasterly direction, northeast of, parallel to and 500
feet distant from the northeast line of the
Laytonsville-Olney Road, Route 108, approximately 14,000
feet to the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, thence in a southwesterly, southerly and
northwesterly direction with the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and [said] THE area shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the commission and all
provisions of law relating to [said] THE district, including
taxes and other sums or charges levied by such commission in
other parts of [said] THE district.
19-44. Same — Extension in Gaithersburg — Seneca Creek —
Cabin Branch area.
(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in the Gaithersburg and Laytonsyille election districts of
Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the following
described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, [said] THAT point being on the west line of Muddy
Branch Road and on the division line between the property of
Otis B. Kent and the property of the United States of
America as obtained from F. T. Briggs, Civil Suit 8992, and
running thence in a generally northwesterly direction, along
the south lines of the property of the United States of
America as described in the judgment records of Montgomery
County, Maryland in liber C. K. W. 104 at folio 321, to the
east right of way line of Quince Orchard Road, Route 124,
thence in a northerly direction along the east right of way
line of Quince Orchard Road, Route 124, to the first or
south 70° 34' 10" east 112.51 perch line of a deed from John
B. Diamond, Jr., et ux, to William O. Dosh, dated June 28,
1927, and recorded among the land records of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in liber 428 at folio 302, thence in an
easterly direction with and along a part of [said] THE first
deed line to the beginning of third or north 5° 59' 50"
east, 773.08 foot line of a deed from Richard G. Walker, et
