westerly direction reversely with and along the fifth and
fourth lines of the right of way described in the aforesaid

of way line of Quince Orchard Road, Route 124, thence in a
southerly and westerly direction along the east and south
right of way line of Quince Orchard Road, Route 124, to a
point where the south right of way line of Quince Orchard
Road, Route 124, is intersected by the southerly
prolongation of the second or south 11 1/20 west, 14 1/2
perch line of the 4 acre 8 square perch parcel of a deed

northerly direction reversely with and along [said] THE

point on the fourth or north 74° west, 80 perch line of a

northwesterly, northeasterly, easterly, northerly and
northeasterly direction with and along the fourth through
the ninth lines inclusive, and part of the tenth line of the

south line of Cloppers Road, Route 117, thence in a westerly
direction along the south line of Cloppers Road, Route 117,
to a point opposite the end of the tenth or south 49° 30'
west, 99 foot line of a deed from Dorothy V. Richter to
Andrew L. Devlin, et al, dated February 17, 1959 and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber 2565 at
folio 589, thence in a northerly direction at right angles
to the south line of Cloppers Road, Route 117, to the end of
[said] THE tenth deed line, thence in a northeasterly,
easterly and northerly direction reversely with and along
the tenth, ninth, eighth, seventh and sixth lines of the
aforesaid deed recorded in liber 2565 at folio 589 to the
southerly right of way line of the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad, thence in a northwesterly direction along the
south right of way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
to the center of the Great Seneca Creek, thence in a
northeasterly direction along the Great Seneca Creek to the
intersection of Cabin Branch, thence in an easterly
direction with the center of Cabin Branch to a point 300
feet east of and at right angles to the east line of Goshen
Road, thence in a northerly direction, east of, parallel to
and 300 feet distant from the east line of Goshen Road
