feet northeast of the northeast line of River Road, thence
in a southeasterly direction, northeast of, parallel to and
300 feet distant from the northeast line of River Road to
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence in a southeasterly, southerly and westerly
direction with the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and [said] THAT area shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the commission and all
provisions of law relating to [said] THE district, including
taxes and other sums or charges levied by [said] THE
commission in other parts of [said] THE district.
19-46. Same — Extension in Bells Mill Road — Tuckerman
Lane area.
(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in the Potomac and Rockville election districts of
Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the following
described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District [said] THAT point being at the beginning of the
twelfth or north 60° 40' 20" west, 704.86 foot line of a
deed from James C. Conley, et ux, to J. C. Conley
Construction Co., Inc., dated June 21, 1960 and recorded
among the land records of Montgomery County, Maryland in
liber 2747 at folio 435, and running thence in a
northwesterly direction with and along the twelfth through
the fifteenth lines of the aforesaid deed recorded in liber
2747 at folio 435, to the south line of Bells Mill Road,
thence in a northwesterly direction along the south line of
Bells Mill Road to a point where the south line of Bells
Mill Road is intersected by the southerly prolongation of
the tenth or north 20° 55' east, 57.9 perch line of a deed
from Robert N. Young, et ux, to Walter H. Young, dated May
8, 1946 and recorded among the aforesaid land records in
liber 1016 at folio 119, thence in a northerly direction
reversely with and along [said] THE southerly prolongation
of the [said] tenth deed line to the beginning of [said] THE
tenth deed line, thence in a northerly direction with and
along the tenth, eleventh and twelfth lines of the aforesaid
deed recorded in liber 1016 at folio 119, to the end of the
first or south 35° west, 48 perch line of a deed from Leland
L. Fisher, trustee, to Richard D. LaGarde, dated February
12, 1944, and recorded among the aforesaid land records in
liber 930 at folio 278, thence in a northeasterly and
southeasterly direction reversely with and along the first
and part of the fourth lines of the aforesaid deed recorded
in liber 930 at folio 278, to the end of the sixth or south
13° 27' 15" west, 1522.95 foot line of a deed from Mary P.
Bradley, unmarried, to Richard D. LaGarde, et ux, dated
November 9, 1937, and recorded among the aforesaid land
