direction reversely with and along [said] THE sixth line of
the aforesaid deed recorded in liber 685 at folio 194 to a
point, south of, at right angles to and 300 feet distant
from the south line of Tuckerman Lane, thence in a
northwesterly direction southwest of, parallel to and 300
feet distant from the southwest line of Tuckerman Lane to
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence in a northerly, easterly, southerly,
northwesterly and southwesterly direction with the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the
point of beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and [said] THAT area shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the commission and all
provisions of law relating to [said] THE district, including
taxes and other sums or charges levied by [said] THE
commission in other parts of [said] THE district.
19-47. Same — Extensions in Southlawn Lane — Rockville
and Halpine Village areas.
(a) The first mentioned area herein described be and
it is hereby added to and made a part of the rural water
areas under the jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission created by chapter 122 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1918, the area herein described
being an addition to the rural water areas created by
chapter 710 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1959, and
the second and third areas herein described are hereby added
to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District under the
jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
created by chapter 122 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1918:
(b) All that area in the Rockville election district
of Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the following
described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, [said] THAT point being at the end of the fourth
line of a deed from C. A. C. Higgins, et al, to David H.
Horner, et al, dated May 28, 1877, and recorded among the
land records of Montgomery County, Maryland, in liber E.B.P.
16 at folio 420, thence in a generally westerly direction in
a straight line to a point on the southeast line of
Southlawn Lane, thirty feet wide, [said] THAT point being
also on the division line between lots 5 and 6 as shown on a
plat of subdivision entitled, Burgundy Park, recorded among
the aforesaid land records in plat book 1 as plat no. 25,
thence running in a northwesterly direction along the [said]
dividing line between lots 5 and 6 and the southwest lines
of lots 6 and 7 to the angle point in the rear of lot 7, as
shown on the aforesaid plat, thence in a southwesterly
direction in a straight line to the beginning of the first
or south 65° west, 7.5 perch line of a deed from Carrie S.
