local laws which are enacted following the 1971 regular
session of the General Assembly of Maryland. The Code shall
be deemed and taken in all courts of the State, by the
justices of the peace and trial magistrates of the State,
and by all other public officials of the State and of its
several political subdivisions, to be evidence of those
public local laws in effect at the time of compilation of
the Code or any supplement thereto.

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That any
supplement to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
Code, subsequent to the 1970 Supplement, is similarly
legalized and effective to contain any changes in Articles
16 and 17, respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, titled, respectively, "Montgomery County" and
"Prince George's County," both subtitled "Washington
Suburban Sanitary District," which are enacted.

SECTION 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1971.]

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
captions contained in this Act are not law and may not be
considered to have been enacted as a part of this Act.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

Prison Escapees - Retake Warrants

retake warrants for the apprehension of escapees and
the return of the escapees.
