(ii) The Secretary of General Services, or his

(iv) The Executive Vice President of Blind
Industries of Maryland or his designee.
(3) THE SECRETARY OF GENERAL SERVICES SHALL DESIGNATE

THE MARYLAND ASSOCIATION OF WORKSHOPS, INCORPORATED IS DESIGNATED
AS THE OR ANOTHER APPROPRIATE COORDINATING ENTITY TO FACILITATE
THE DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTS FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES AMONG
ELIGIBLE SHELTERED WORKSHOPS.
(d) (1) If suitable supplies or services are available for
procurement from any department or agency of the State, and
procurement therefrom is required by the provisions of any other
section of this article or of any other law of this State,
procurement of the supplies shall be made in accordance with the
other provisions of law.
(2) If suitable supplies or services are not
available for procurement from any department or agency of the
State under the provisions of paragraph (1) of this subsection,
the pricing and selection committee shall determine whether the
supplies or services are available for procurement from an
eligible sheltered workshop.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.
