form for a statement of condominium lien; providing that
certain liens on property may be created by contract and
enforced in a certain manner under certain circumstances;
providing that certain liens may only secure the payment of
specific items; requiring that certain persons give a
certain notice to specific persons; allowing specific
persons to file a complaint to determine whether probable
cause exists to establish certain liens; allowing a party
filing a complaint to request a hearing; providing that if
a complaint is filed, a party seeking to establish a lien has
the burden of proof; requiring a court to review certain
documents and to issue a certain order; allowing certain
persons to file a bond to have a lien against property
removed; allowing certain persons to file a statement of
lien in a specific form; providing for priority of a certain
lien imposed against specific property; altering the type of
lien statement to be recorded for a voluntary grantee's
liability for unpaid assessments; providing for the release
or enforcement of certain liens under specific
circumstances; allowing certain persons to maintain a suit
for any deficiency following foreclosure of a certain lien;
providing certain time limitations for certain actions;
providing for the applicability of this Act; defining
certain terms; providing for the citation of the subtitle of
this Act; and generally relating to the creation,
imposition, and enforcement of certain liens on specific
property created by certain contracts.
