repeats the provisions of the sunset date in Section
2, Ch. 665, Acts of 1984.

In subsection (a) of this section, the word "revenue"
is substituted for the former word "proceeds", for
clarity.

In subsection (b)(2) of this section, the phrase "may
not revert to the General Fund of the State" is
substituted for the former phrase "shall remain
available until expended and shall not be reverted
under any other provision of law", for clarity and
brevity.

13-301. DEFINITIONS.

(A)  IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED.

OF THIS ARTICLE.
