       Maryland Prince Georges County sc.t

               I hereby Certify that the Bearer hereof
       a Black woman named Chloe ^Foard^ about
       forty two years of age ^about 5 feet 2 inches high^ who was raised in the
       family of John Billingsly of the said
       County and state is a free woman being
       the reputed daughter of Appe Foard a
       free woman of colour

             In testimony whereof I have hereunto
                      set my hand and affixed the seal
                      of Prince Georges County Court this
                      18.th day of September 1819
